Extra Space Storage in Lodi California has rat problem. I had read a Yelp review where this was noted, but hoped it wasn’t true. Unfortunately, it is indeed true. My custom made furniture and personal belongings were covered in rat feces. Other patrons shared they had the same issue inside their units. The company needs to upgrade their pest control service as soon as possible. And, Extra Space Storage prices are significantly higher than other facilities in the area. I chose Extra Space at the higher rate because I assumed all their facilities had climate control. The Lodi location does not have climate control. I will say, the staff at the location are pleasant and courteous. I hope the pest issues can be corrected.
